First Derby World Cup →
Blood and Thunder announces the first ever roller derby world cup in Toronto next December. Woohoo!
I Love Santa
I think I am more comfy in my skates than these, but aren’t they gorgeous (especially with my new knee socks)? I have never been drawn to high heel shoes, but I saw these in our local awesome shoe store and it was love at first sight. Santa saw the love in my eyes and couldn’t resist. In roller derby, one is considered “Freshmeat” until they pass a skills test which deems them capable and safe to play in a bout. I was 4 days from my skills test and 1 month away from my first bout when an...
